Behaviour Support Outreach.

The Kent PROACT-SCIPr UK® Network provides training and support for Kent Special Schools in Positive Behaviour Support.

The network is coordinated from Stone Bay School with additional principal instructors based at Foxwood-Highview in Folkestone, and St Nicholas School in Canterbury. Our team of instructors are experienced classroom practitioners and school leaders.

This is a BILD accredited training programme, a whole approach to working to meet the needs of our students which incorporates Positive Behaviour Support and Proactive, Active and Reactive interventions.

Physical Interventions are taught to staff where an audit of need has indicated their requirement and in-line with the BILD code of practice.

We develop in staff the skills and confidence to use a less restrictive approach to supporting behaviour. Currently we are supporting 24 schools, a number of parents and carers across Kent. If you feel we could support you with behaviour support in your school, contact the school nearest you, the instructor will be delighted to support you.

PROACT SCIPr UK® is a BILD accredited training package and is a registered trademark of The Lodden School, Basingstoke.
